She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Holt of Springfield; her son-in-law Kenny Fields of Paducah, KY; her granddaughters, Misty Beale (Kelley) of Kevil, KY and Toni Fields (John Watt) of Midway, KY; her great grandchildren, Skylar Lee and Dalton Beale of Kevil, KY; and her stepchildren, Kim Stout of Murrayville, IL, Richard Holt of Greenfield, IL, Randy Holt of Falling Water, WV, Pamela Spear of Anderson, SC and Jason Michael Holt of Springfield, IL.
