With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thelma Irene (Wohlers) Barrington of Springfield, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 4, 2025 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Wohlers and Gladys Hamilton Wohlers; her son-in-law Noel Roberts; and her siblings, Lenora Lovekamp, Beulah Ginder, Ruth Wohlers, Roberta Wohlers, Mary Dufelmeier, Leonard Wohlers, Melvin Wohlers and Owen Wohlers.
She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Barrington; her children, Christina Barrington Roberts of Middleville, MI, Henry "Hank" Barrington (Amy) of Middleton, WI and Johanna Barrington of Springfield, IL; her grandchildren, Charles Andrew Roberts, James Alexander Roberts, Blake Adam Roberts, Anthony Joseph Roberts, Aric Quintin Roberts, Morgan Taylor Barrington, Madelyn Mae Barrington and Abigail Mackenzie Barrington; her great grandchildren, Edith Jane Roberts and Linken Tre Krier; and her siblings, Ralph Wohlers, Gerald Wohlers, Norma Lovekamp and Betty Essex.
