He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward and Carol White Payne. He is survived by: his close friend Alice Christensen of Springfield; and his siblings, Joni Payne of Westlake, OH, Brian Payne (Barbara) of Springfield and Sharon Sonnemaker (Rick) of Petersburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
