Thomas M. Conway Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas M. Conway Sr. of Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on June 25, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis P. Conway and Pauline M. Conway (Perry); his wife Mary; and his siblings, Bill Brennan, Ellen Coleman, Paul Brennan, Francis P. Conway, Jr., Janie Lokaitis, Donna Hickerson, Joseph Conway and Casey Hagerman.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Conway, Jr. (Mary) of Springfield and Terence Conway of Charleston, SC; and his granddaughters, Jaclyn, Bridget, Nicole, Emily Sewall (Sam) and Molly Conway. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
