He was predeceased by: his parents, George Neal and Mamie Neal (Webb); his wife Cheryl Lynn Rice; his stepmother Ruth Neal (Carver); and his brother William "Randy" Randolph, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Craig Neal (Michelle) and Colleen Martin (Kent); his grandchildren, Caitlin, Jessica, Sarah, Julia, Kobe and Kyler; his great grandchildren, Evelyn and Adalyn; and his sister Patricia Lanza. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
