He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Strutz and Patricia Strutz (Thompson). He is survived by: his brother Jim Strutz (Linda) of Springfield; his nieces, Katherine Strutz Ortwerth (Jason) of St. Louis, MO and Patricia Strutz (Nick Dow) of St. Louis, MO; his great-nieces, Emma and Lucy Ortwerth; and his pet Remmi.
