She is survived by: her parents, David Chambers (Nancy Giovannini) of Bluff Springs and Vicki Patterson Chambers of Springfield; her children, Sydney Jayne Laws (Kerby Fortner) of Chatham, Cole Edward Laws of Springfield and Mallory Taylor Smedly of Springfield; her grandmothers, Betty Patterson of Beardstown and Hazel Chambers of Bluff Springs; her sister Kerry Slater (Aaron) of Beardstown; and her nieces, Olivia and Chloe Slater.
