With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Troy Bennett of Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on May 15, 2025 at the age of 47. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eileen, Marvin Colburn, John Bennett and Earl Meeks; and his aunt Carol Stollies.

He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Marshall of Waverly and Lynda Marie Colburn Bennett of Springfield; his stepmother Cindy Meeks of Springfield; his siblings, Teresa Clouse (Mark) of Auburn and Terry Shaun Austin (Michelle) of Chatham; his grandmother Esther Meeks of Fairfield; and his nieces and nephews, Zachary Clouse, Carter Austin and Julia Clark.
