It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wanda J. Soyars of Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on February 1, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rena Collins and Cecil Collins; and her sister Virginia DeVon (Collins). She is survived by: her children, Bobbie Decatoire (Val) of Springfield, Sharon "Kay" Scharf of Springfield, Larry Kistner of Springfield and Gina Curry (David) of Springfield. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
