He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Webb and Ruby Webb (Harlow). He is survived by: his wife Lynn M. Shutt; his sons, Brock Webb (Jessica) of Springfield and Dustin Webb (Hannah) of Brookfield, Missouri; his grandchildren, Brandon Webb, Ashley Siddens (Chase), Grace Webb, Grant Webb, Gabrielle Webb and Claire Collins; his great grandchildren, Grimm and Levi; and his sister Helen Ray of Norris City, Illinois. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Staab Funeral Home - Springfield (1109 S 5th St, Springfield, IL 62703). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Protective League (APL) in Springfield.
