He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Cox and Evelyn Cox (Prohack); and his wife Pamela Kay Cox (White). He is survived by: his children, Jason Cox (Jenna) of Havana and Erin Cox of Springfield; his stepdaughter Amy Cox of Springfield; his brother John Cox (Jan) of Springfield; and his nephew Jonathan Cox (Cindy). He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
