He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Skaggs, Sr. and Helen Elizabeth Skaggs (Watkins). He is survived by: his sister Linda Smith (Steve) of Springfield; his niece Ariel Smith of Springfield; his nephews, Johnny Smith of Urbana and Micah Smith (Maddie Hanrahan) of Brookfield; his stepfather Bruno Odorizzi of Springfield; and his aunts, Lois Hare of Sherman, Dorothy Negangard (John) of Athens and Carla Watkins of Sherman.
