He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Michael and Bertha Elizabeth Sinnott (Kidwell); and his wife Wilma L. Lannan. He is survived by: his children, Carol L. Rowe (Tod) of Springfield, William T. Sinnott II (Anna) of Springfield and Michael A. Sinnott of Wheat Ridge, CO; his grandchildren, William "Will" Sinnott III, Jacob Sinnott, Barry Rowe (Ashley) of Thomas, Kenneth Rowe III (Paige), Michael Rowe, Faith Sinnott, Katy Sinnott and Alexxia Sinnott; and his great grandchildren, Lucy, Wendy, Penny, Lillian and Callahan Rowe.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Staab Funeral Home - Springfield (1109 S 5th St, Springfield, IL 62703). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception (524 E Lawrence Ave, Springfield, IL 62703).
Memorial Contributions may be made to Catholic Charities or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
