He is survived by: his close friend Patricia Pafundi of Springfield; his son William S. Wiebking (Lisa) of Chatham, Virginia; his grandchildren, Samuel and Madeline Wiebking; his sister Lynn Orlicki of Florida; and his nephew Josh Orlicki of Maryland.
