He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Woodrum and Lola Woodrum (Long); his wife Cheryl Olds; his son Billy Woodrum, Jr.; his siblings, Delmar "Bud" Woodrum and Ella "Pat" Boone; and his friend Louise Purdom.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandi Redshaw (John) and Lynn White; his grandchildren, Nicholas Shields, Abigail Shields and Cody White; and his sister-in-law Betty Woodrum. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
