He was predeceased by: his parents, Naoma Clark (Jackson) and Howard E. Clark, Sr.; and his siblings, Bonnie Gibson, Marilyn Garrison, Sharon Ayala, Cheri Boehler, Janice Allen, Judy Clark, Christina Clark, Karen Adcock and Howard "Butch" Clark, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Beard; his children, Rose Heltsley of Girard, IL, Tammy Pauley of Auburn, IL, Paul Seago of Coffeen, IL and Jeff Seago (Sarah) of Girard, IL; and his sister Donna Burnett of Girard, IL. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
