She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Machlan and Vivian Paige Drury Machlan; her brother Ralph Machlan; and her great grandchild Addie. She is survived by: her husband Carl E. Cottrell of Stanford; her son Linwood Wright (Peggy D'Alessandro) of Wesley Chapel, FL; her stepchildren, Jerry Cottrell (Karen Brothers) of Montalba, TX, Rod Cottrell (Christi) of Fort Worth, TX and Sheryl Shepherd (Mike) of Owasso, OK.; her grandchildren, Katherine, Lauren, Ashley, Blake, Matthew, Kimberlee, Morgan, Brandyn, Shelby, Carle and McKenzie; and her sisters, Carol Beedle (Tom) of Colorado Springs, CO and Bonna Machlan of Atlanta, GA.. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Greater Love Ministries (482 Wylie Dr, Normal, IL 61761). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Greater Love Ministries, Normal.
