He is survived by : his children, Jared Wade of Minier and Nicole Scott (Nicklaus) of Danvers; and his siblings, David Wade-Monarco (Robert) of Trinidad, CO, Robin Winkle (Scott) of Cooksville and Tina Carmona (Victor) of Stanford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
