He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Ernest Fabik and Linda Sue Fabik (Soehnlin); his sisters, Tammy Fletcher (Frank) and Chrissy Bartholomy (Mike); his niece Nikki Bartholomy (Alex); his nephew Brendan Bartholomy; his great-nephew Dominic Medley; his aunt Sharon Dobrinic; and his cousins, Allen and Scott.
