It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claudia Mathenia of Staunton, Illinois, born in Granite City, Illinois, who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Luther Robinson and Faye Robinson (Parker); and her brother Michael Robinson. She is survived by : her children, Amanda Daughtery (Jim) and Chris Mathenia (Ellen); and her brothers, James Robinson (Wanda), Bruce Robinson (Donna) and Richard Robinson (Tonya). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
