With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daisy Lee Dustmann of Staunton, Illinois, born in Worden, Illinois, who passed away on July 12, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Sandbach and Flora Sandbach (Heinemeier); her granddaughter Jamie Jo; and her siblings, Dorcas Braasch, Frances Jones, Moses Sandbach and Grace Boyles.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Broderick (Leonard) of Staunton, IL, Dixie Slazinik of Collinsville, IL and Tim Dustmann of Staunton, IL; her grandchildren, Jennifer Herbeck (Brian), Kelly Slazinik, Steven Slazinik (Carol), Jeffrey Slazinik (Nicole), Nikki Varwig (Jeremy) and Matt Dustmann (Chelsy); and her great grandchildren, Samantha, Stephanie Herbeck, Jon, Lauren Fereday, Matthew, James Slazinik, Gregory Witt, William, Mia Slazinik, Elsah Clark, Adam Varwig, Daisy and Bo Dustmann. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Memorials are suggested to either the Alzheimers Association or to DAV (Disabled American Veterans).
