He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Slifka and Sylvia Slifka (McKinnerney); his brother Alan Slifka; and his father-in-law Lester Howerton. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Slifka of Staunton, IL; his stepson Nicholas Jones (Grace); his stepgranddaughter Melanie Jones; his siblings, Judith Klein (Russell) and Frank Slifka (Alice); his mother-in-law Eileen Howerton; and his siblings-in-law, Randy Howerton and Lori Bain (Jimmy). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews, great niees & great nephews.
Memorials are suggested to Evelyn's House Hospice Facility in Creve Coeur, Missouri.
