Irma Machuga Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irma Machuga of Staunton, Illinois, who passed away on December 19, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, August Windau and Alma Windau (Schoen); her brother Leonard Windau; and her siblings-in-law, Richard Milcic and Gladys Windau.

She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Eddington of Staunton, IL, Debbie Heepke (Tom Lenahan) of Maryville, IL and Denise Machuga of Staunton, IL; her grandchildren, Kyle Heepke (Erin), Chad Heepke (Dom) and Jace Eddington; her great grandchild Rory Heepke; her siblings, Elaine Milcic, Marvin Windau (Jean), Myra Poehling (Paul) and Maynard Windau; and her sister-in-law Sandy Windau. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

Memorials are suggested to either Zion Lutheran Church of Staunton or to the Staunton Food Pantry.
