John Nathan Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2025, at the age of 70, John Nathan of Staunton, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Nathan to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Nathan (Bruckheimer). He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Looney (Doug) of Arrington, TN and Mallory Scroggins (Danny) of Staunton, IL; his grandchildren, Owen, Evan, Greyson, Addy Looney, Camden and Keegan Scroggins; and his siblings, Steve Lewin and Penny Lewin. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Williamson Funeral Homes, Ltd. (108 W Henry St, Staunton, IL 62088). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (311 Elm St, Staunton, IL 62088).
Memorials are suggested to either Zion Lutheran Church of Staunton or to the American Heart Association.
