Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Joyce leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Bailey and Bernice Bailey (Lindner); her sister Debbie Bailey; her niece Heather Bailey; and her sister-in-law Paula Bailey.
She is survived by: her siblings, Gerald "Jerry" Bailey of Overland, MO, Karen Strebel of Staunton, IL and Michael Bailey (Sonna) of Blackwell, MO. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, & cousins.
