He was predeceased by: his parents, George Klein and Mary Klein (Brazinski); his wife Judith Slifka; his in-laws, Frank and Sylvia Slifka; his sister Georgetta Alexander (Lee); and his brothers-in-law, Frank Jr., Alan and David Slifka.
He is survived by: his children, Kristine Dederich (Peter), Tammy Eaker (Troy), Kevin Klein and Angela Klein (Michael Helmkamp); his grandchildren, Hannah Klein, Erin Dederich, Eli Klein, Amy Dederich, Sophi Klein, Molli Klein and Matthew Klein; his stepgrandchildren, Jacob Eaker, Lucas Eaker and Elizabeth Daugherty (Isaac); his brothers, Arnold Klein (Judy) and Donald Klein (Janet); and his sisters-in-law, Alice Slifka and Tammy Slifka. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, dear friends, & extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the family or to the Livingston Fire Department in honor of Russell's legacy.
