She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Albert, Sr. and Beulah Mae Qualls (Reiman); and her significant other Paul Kohm. She is survived by: her siblings, Kathy Carlton (Douglas) of Makanda, IL and Joseph A Qualls, Jr. of Ava, IL; her siblings' children, Deasha Kernodle (Jordan) and Brandon Carlton (Gabrielle); her great-niece Kya Kernodle; and her nephew Mason Kernodle.
