Agnes L. Carter Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Agnes L. Carter of Sterling, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 26, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave Roy and Bonnie Lee Doane (Grey); her spouse R. D. Carter; her sons, Robert Wayne Carter and Charles Eugene Carter; and her siblings, Bobby, Kenneth, Ronnie, Roy Lee and Janet Cochran.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa; her goddaughter Courtney Gillette; her extended family, Jerry, Brinda Winger, Bridgit Gregory and Kim Porter; and her siblings, Connie Rimel (William) of Aberdeen, MD, Rosa Sexton (David) of Port Deposit, MD and William "Billy" Doane of Darlington, MD. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
