He was predeceased by: his parents, Faustino Baeza and Juana Baeza (Arabula); his brothers, Michael, Daniel and Faustino Baeza; and his grandson Joshua Peach.

He is survived by: his wife Rose Gomez; his children, Lydia Goetz (Dan) of Ottawa, Monica Olalde (Alfred) of Sterling, Richard Baeza (Sonya) of Princeton, TX, Joanne Peach Baeza of Sterling, Martha Lambert (Robert) of Libertyville and Laura McKenna of Sterling; and his siblings, Mary Amesquita of Sterling, Cruz Ramirez of Sterling, Christina Iglesias and Merrill Baeza (Louise) of Sterling. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and two great, great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his memory to St. Mary Catholic Church.
