He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Bley and Barbara Bley (Blair). He is survived by: his wife Debra Lamb; his sons, Andrew Bley (Lindsay) and Patrick Bley (Sarah); his grandsons, Noah, Caleb and Everett; and his siblings, Julie Day and David Bley.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (435 Martin Rd, Rock Falls, IL 61071). A burial will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Our Savior Lutheran Cemetery (21496 Hazel Rd, Sterling, IL 61081).
A memorial has been established to Rock River Hospice & Home, Woodlawn Arts Academy and Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
