He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lewis and Irlena Lewis (Marcum); and his brothers, Charles and Joseph Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Bobette Perris; his daughters, Antonia Cantu (Federico), Angela "Angie" Lewis and Elaine Lewis; his siblings, Faith Spencer, Ethel Swanson (Fred), Mary Ann Stern, Mike Lewis (Dee) and Phil Lewis; his grandchildren, Xavier Brown, Kira Aldridge, Jenna Cunningham, Nevaeh Cantu, Selena Cantu, Josiah Lewis and Jariah Lewis; and his great grandchild Anthony Brown.
A reception will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home & Crematory (505 1st Ave, Sterling, IL 61081).
