Donald E. Hinrichs Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald E. Hinrichs of Sterling, Illinois, who passed away on January 12, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hio Hinrichs and Maggie Hinrichs (Wolber); his spouse Georgann Darier; his siblings, Lawrence, Alvin, Glen, Harold "Bud" Hinrichs, Helen Parker, Hazel Plautz and Arlene Wetzell; and his great grandchild Carson Donald James Hinrichs.
He is survived by: his sons, Donald G. Hinrichs (Barbara) of Rock Falls and Rick J. Hinrichs (Jennifer) of Rock Island; and his grandchildren, Todd, Stephanie, Stacey, Tim, Kim, Salena and Nich. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Christian Church in Sterling.
