She was predeceased by: her parents, George Iben and Catherine Iben (Boze); her spouse Byron Long; her son Rick Long; her brother Lawrence Iben; and her siblings-in-law, Delores Iben, Robert Cordes and Gordon Rolofson.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Zehr (Calvin) and Melvin Long (Vicki); and her siblings, John Iben (Shirley) and Marie Rolofson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Science Ridge Mennonite Church (1802 E 37th St, Sterling, IL 61081). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial has been established to the Science Ridge Mennonite Church in Sterling.
