Glenda Bechdolt Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Glenda Bechdolt of Sterling, Illinois. Glenda, born on December 27, 1943, passed away on September 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie McFarland and Martha McFarland (Donaldson); her husband Donald Bechdolt; and her brother Louie McFarland. She is survived by: her children, Bradley Bechdolt (Cathy), Brenda Hill and Melissa Summers (Tony); her grandchildren, Andrew Bechdolt (Lacey), Aaron Bechdolt (Stacey Weber), Nicholas Morgan (Megan), Addison Morgan, Cameron Hill, Kierstyn Long (Gavin) and Devon Summers; and her great grandchildren, Etta Bechdolt, Evie Bechdolt, Noah Morgan and Theodore Morgan.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schilling Funeral Home (702 1st Ave, Sterling, IL 61081). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
