He was predeceased by: his parents, John Noblin and Sophronia Noblin (Howard); his sisters, Mary Manning and Nancy Lamb; his sons-in-law, Joe Dravis and Mark Brady; his nephew Stanley Manning; his grandson Kaleb Ebersole; and his great grandchild Jade Tedrick.

He is survived by: his children, Alice Dravis of Sterling, Nancy Brady of Guttenberg, IA, Pam McKenna (Gaylon) of Sterling, Sarah Noblin of Sterling, Wendell Noblin (Debbie) of Bedford, KY and Howard Thomas Noblin Jr. (Kenna Lohn) of Medina, TX; and his brother George Noblin of Arkansas. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, and 35 great-grandchildren.
