With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James E. Braddish of Sterling, Illinois, born in Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on August 4, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Braddish and Agnes D. Braddish (McGlynn); and his siblings, George, Thomas Jr. and Maureen Cherry.

He is survived by: his children, James E. Braddish Jr. (Mary) of Plainfield and Stephanie Treftz (Fred) of Oswego; his grandchildren, Jakob, James III, Mackenzie and Finnegan; and his sister Mary Pat Treese.
