She was predeceased by: her parents, Abram Hey and Ruth Hey (Holtzman); and her siblings, John Philip Hey and Sue Cherry. She is survived by: her significant other Elbert M.; and her sons, Stephen Dean (Kathy) of Janesville, WI, Michael Dean (Brenda) of Brookfield, WI and Jerry Dean (Vicki) of Janesville, WI. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Faith Baptist Church (2005 Freeport Rd, Sterling, IL 61081). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (1906 E 3rd St, Sterling, IL 61081).
A memorial has been established to Faith Baptist Church, Sterling.
