With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Pontsler of Sterling, Illinois, born in Kewanee, Illinois, who passed away on December 13, 2022 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clark Pontsler and Edna Pontsler (Welch); and his wife Marie Woods. He was also cherished by two grandchildren, two step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
