She is survived by: her husband David; her son James Cook of Dixon; her stepchildren, Nicole Bellows of Milledgeville, Mikel Bellows of Ashton and Lacey of Dixon; her parents, Cindy Sarver and Lonie Sarver of Mount Morris; and her siblings, Jennifer Rowland (Dale) of Dixon, Amanda Bernal (Lou) of Sterling and Lonie Sarver (Tonya) of Creston.
