She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kinison and Marie Kinison (Voll); her husband Wayne Bruns; her son William Bruns; and her siblings, Charles, Robert, Melvin, Merten and Beverly Saunders.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Stern (Larry) of Clinton, IA; and her grandchildren, James Bruns (Elaine), Scott Stern (Martha), Sarah Monier (Mike) and Marie Loftus (Robert). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established to New Life Lutheran Church in Sterling.
