He was loved and cherished by many people including: his close friend Ola Cumi Stevens; his children, Connie Jacobs (Chris) of Amboy, Roger Berry (Barb) of Morrison, Barb Oncken (Richard) of Washington and Bryan Berry (Jackie) of Rock Falls; his sister Ellen Ruth Forbes (Bill) of Rock Falls; and his granddaughter Sindy Sotelo. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
