He was predeceased by: his parents, Toribio Leal and Nestoria Leal (Rodriguez); and his brothers, Tony, Daniel, Toribio Jr. and Phillip.
He is survived by: his children, Jacob Leal (Chasity), Jesse Donahue (Nate), Julia Leal (Antonio) and Olivia Leal; and his siblings, Ralph Leal (Toni), John Leal, Richard Leal, Frank Leal (Linda), David Leal, Jane Espinoza, Nora Puentes, Rosemary Mena (Bob) and Julia Herrera (Jose). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
