We announce the death of Joyce A. Baker (Sterling, Illinois), who passed away on September 11, 2026, at the age of 79. Joyce will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She is survived by: her husband Lance Baker; and her children, Diana Sterk of Idaho, Dennis Duncan of Idaho and Lauri Hassler (Kyle) of Illinois. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren, as well as 9 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (1908 E 3rd St, Sterling, IL 61081).
