He was predeceased by: his mother Maria Luisa Brito Arellano; his grandmother Lucia Arellano; and his godmother Maria Mendoza. He is survived by: his father Juan Arellano; his grandparents, Juan and Guadalupe Trujillo; his sisters, Luci Garcia (Rodrigo) and Angelica Mango (Joseph); his nieces and nephews, Marco Garcia, Landin Mango, Alyxia Garcia, Maliya Garcia, Azrielle Garcia and Gabriella Mango; his godfather Ventura Morales; and his close friends, William and Gracie.

A memorial has been established.
