It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juan L. Rocha Sr. of Sterling, Illinois, who passed away on March 17, 2026, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosario Rocha, Sr. and Joaquina Martinez Alvarado; his siblings, Amador Rocha, Noe Luna, Hilda Rocha, Nicolosa Mireles, Elena Rocha and Naomi Sustaita; his niece Mary Sandoval; and his nephew Ricky Garcia.
He is survived by: his children, Cenida Rocha (Alfredo) of Sterling, Veronica Rocha of San Antonio, TX and Juan L. Rocha, Jr. of Sterling; his siblings, Nelda Rojas (Efren) and Rosario, Jr. Rocha (Esther) of Sterling; and his grandchildren, Taylor A. Matznick, Joshua Gabriel Perez, Xavian J. Rocha and Jaxen D. Morua.
