He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Inlsey and Theda Inlsey (Schultz); his wife Juanita Bell; and his granddaughter Brandy Pursell. He is survived by: his children, Leslie Insley (Doug Cooper), Kelly Dennis (Sean) and Troy Insley. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
