She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kotschwar and Viola Kotschwar (White); her husband Donald Conklin; and her siblings, Jean Henderson, Bettye Cross, Gladys Thrasher, Clyde Kotschwar, Leon Kotschwar and Tony Kotschwar.

She is survived by: her sons, Donald Conklin (Bridget) and Chris Conklin (Michelle) of Sterling; her granddaughters, Corinne Rippy and Jessica Mangan; her great grandchildren, Madalyn Rippy, Finley Rippy and Raymond Mangan; and her siblings, Glen Kotschwar of Nebraska and Alice Fickenscher of Arizona.

A memorial has been established to Rock River Hospice & Home.
