She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Cassens and Walter Cassens. She is survived by: her husband Gary Fields; her children, Katy Barnett (Chris), Keith Fields (Jenn), Ken Fields (Donna) and Kim Fields (Jackie); her grandchildren, Krystle, Kraig, Jason, Julia, Sarah, Ava and Iyla; her great grandchild Kherington; and her siblings, Barbara Koenig and Larry Cassens.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Rock River Hospice & Home and St Paul Lutheran Church in her memory.
