With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Pontsler of Sterling, Illinois, born in Rock Falls, Illinois, who passed away on July 21, 2022 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elmer Woods and Helen Woods (Reeser); and her husband Reverend Gerald H. Pontsler. She was also cherished by two grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two step-great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established to Harvest Time Bible Church.
