She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ballenger and Rohana Ballenger (Guffey); and her spouse Eddie Loy. She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Gebhardt (Larry) of Sterling, Eddie Loy Jr., Thomas Loy and Jeffrey Loy (Blaiz); and her grandchildren, Kimberly Parker (Daniel), Shelly, Tammy, Crystal Loy, Hope Loy and Jeffrey Loy Jr. (Kimber). She is also survived by many great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
